After a fictional show about a fictional newsroom of a fictional network broadcasting non-fiction news proved successful, writer extraordinaire Aaron Sorkin returns with the second season of The Newsroom. And he brings some new stuff with him, such as



1. New opening credits sequence
I kind of liked the original better. This one, not so much. But maybe it’ll grow on me.

2. New characters
Just who is this Jerry Dantana? I’m not that crazy about new characters. But maybe he’ll grow on me.

3. New story arc
This season pilot is the first bookend of a very interesting and promising story. Hopefully.

I hope this doesn't become the story of Maggie Jordan's hair.
